Online English tutoring involves one-on-one lessons conducted virtually. The student will connect with me through video conferencing platform Zoom, to facilitate real-time interaction and communication. Lessons may include a combination of speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises, tailored to the student's specific needs and goals.

My-English-Tutor is an online service only.  Done properly, online learning is highly focused. and intensive.   I've been doing this for over a decade - long before COVID, and I know how to keep students focused, engaged and enthusiastic about online learning.

One-off lessons are $80 per one hour session.   Discounts apply for students who book regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly lessons.   Use the Contact form on this page to get in touch for more information.

For online English tutoring lessons, you will need a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection, a headset or speakers, and a webcam. I may provide you with additional materials, such as e-books, worksheets, or online resources, to supplement your learning during the lessons.

To schedule an online English tutoring lesson, you can visit our website and navigate to the scheduling page. Here, you will find a calendar displaying available time slots. Simply select a date and time that suits you best, and complete the booking process by providing your contact information and make payment. 

Yes, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel a tutoring lesson, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me time to accommodate your request, and provide you with an alternative time slot.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice could mean that you forfeit your payment for that lesson. Early notice will enable me to find a replacement for your lesson time, and if a replacement student is found then your lesson will be credited back to you.
